I've always found it great that I do not know anything about my favorite bloggers as I've always thought that their personal lives are theirs and shit like that. Also, I think that it is not exactly their lives I am perennially prying upon, so what the heck right?
However, I am still quite shocked how big some bloggers already are. I mean, yes, there are tons of fanatics all over the blogosphere and a hipster or two can easily blow up one blogger's popularity, but honestly, like gossiping about their personal lives in forums? Now, that was really weird for me.
Okay, so let me tell my story in a proper order. This morning, I've read Tweexcore's interview with Sabino (I follow both in Tumblr). Of course, the interview took a turn and got to his and Audreyhepburncomplex's thing - and I honestly love their lovey-doveyness in my dashboard - which was likened to The Sartorialist's and Garance Dore's thing, which surprised me. I know I am months late about this shit and I am sorry, so it made me curious.
So, I've researched about Garance Dore (sorry, but I was more of the Sartorialist's follower, plus I wasn't even really big with following tons of blogs and I only kind of like the photos and of course the Fashion Week pieces, so I do not know her, sorry!) and honestly, I wasn't really surprised why she is apparently famous. She does take amazing street style fashion photos and I instantly loved her thing. So, I Googled for more articles about them.
Then the disappointment hit me. I was perfectly happy not knowing them as people, then I got wind about how their relationship started. Yes, I know I shouldn't pass judgment and I really don't know what has been going on with their lives, but to have an affair and go public about it? Well, well! Honestly, I am soooo fine if they want to go lovesick all over the web, until I found out that he was married and already has two kids when they started out. Some speculates that he is getting divorced, however, not one of the sites I've visited can confirm whether this is true or has already been finalized, but I do hope so.
Then, I decided to read more, which got me more disappointed. I landed on this article, which, I think, is kind of very boastful of him to say. Yes, he is quite popular, but I think not that popular yet to brag about his expertise in bed, not that anybody should, though.
Well, anyway, I still don't know a lot, and I'm just putting this out for my own sake. For one, I think I will still like The Sartorialist's and Garance Dore's blogs and style even after everything I've read today. But, if anyone can tell me if he's already officially divorced can really help me a lot.
